Hello!

Born and raise in Los Angeles, CA., Phoebe was homeschooled through the 8th grade which gave her the availability to take classes during regular school hours. Having access to Adult Open classes all over L.A., Phoebe studied with the best of the best in every genre of dance, even Irish! She then attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts where she majored in Dance and minored in Musical Theatre. That is where she found a love for acting. She went on to attend the Boston Conservatory but left after her sophomore year because she found herself being offered a job to become a Radio City Rockette. Phoebe was a part of the legendary company and is forever grateful for the opportunities it presented her with. Within those years, she took a year to go on tour with the National Tour of Dirty Dancing where she was Dance Captain and understudied the principal roles of Frances "Baby" Houseman and Penny Johnson. Being able to go on for a principal role and do character analysis was the most thrilled Phoebe has ever felt on stage and it sparked her passion in taking her acting career more seriously. She splits her time between her home in Los Angeles and her 2 bedroom apartment in Harlem (that she owns) to pursue Film and Television in both markets.
